The Cardan Group takes no responsibility for couriers failing to deliver to wrong addresses, driver error, and additional delivery costs due to failure to provide accurate information, however we take all measures to ensure this does not happen.
We use Australia Post and a variety of couriers for all deliveries Australia Wide. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left by the driver explaining how pickup can be arranged.
As some of our products are too long to deliver with Australia Post we have to use a courier service, hence sometimes, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Please note that only Australia Post and StarTrack Express will deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Other couriers will not.
Preferably use a business address for courier delivery.
Freight cost
Other than occasional promotional free freight products, all freight is based upon Australia Post and Courier domestic rates.

- COVID delays. The courier and postal system are experiencing delays due to COVID. Please be patient and allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. The latest advice is to allow an additional 10 days for delivery
Invoices
We do not include a printed invoice in shipments. Invoices are emailed to you when an order is placed.
Disclaimer
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
Returns
Please order carefully and pay attention to dimensions provided. If you have any concerns with the delivered product then please contact us at info@thecardangroup.com . Any return freight costs will be at the customers expense and will not be reimbursed.
Goods Damaged on Delivery
The Cardan Group will replace any order that has reached you in an unacceptable condition. Please take numerous photos of the damage and contact us.
However, we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your order is delivered, please ensure that you get your order shipped where it can be signed for during business hours. Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery a card will be left allowing you to call the delivery agent and to arrange another delivery time or pickup from a local post office.
Refunds
We can only refund your order if it has not yet shipped, once your order has left our warehouse we can no longer refund your order.
Please note that almost all orders ship the same day, so please call 0400 506 000 as soon as you are able if you wish to cancel your order.
Payment Options
All orders must be prepaid. If we are unable to fill an order we will refund you quickly.
Credit Card
Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account.
Pick Up
Our warehouse is in Moorabbin VIC. Pick ups can be arranged by appointment only.
